ORA-12801, ORA-01630, ORA-1658 Occurs Running The 'Synchronize WF LOCAL tables' Concurrent Program (Doc ID 837663.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.9 in Development:
Concurrent Program "Synchronize WF Local tables" fails with the following error in the request log file when submitted with the following parameter values:

Orig System - ALL
Parallel Processes - 0
Logging Mode - NOLOGGING
Temporary Tablespace - NULL

ERROR
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P001
ORA-01630: max # extents (505) reached in temp segment in tablespace APPLSYSD

OR

ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000
ORA-1658: unable to create INITIAL extent for segment in tablespace APPLSYSD



STEPS
1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. Submit the Concurrent Program "Synchronize WF Local tables" with the following parameter values:
Orig System - ALL
Parallel Processes - 0
Logging Mode - NOLOGGING
Temporary Tablespace - NULL
3. Request fails with the ORA-01630 error in the request log file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When submitted, Concurrent Program "Synchronize WF Local tables" should complete successfully.
