On 12.0.4 in Production:
When attempting to query Service Requests with using F11/CTRL-F11 in the Create Service Request
form, scrolling to the next record with "arrow down" leads to the
following error when the SR has a status with Disallow Charge Update" and "Disallow Charge" ticked
in the setup of status:
FRM-40741: Unable to locate record 4 on block CHARGES_DETAIL_BLK
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
NAV Service Request/Service Requests/Create Service Requests.
Make sure a few SRs are entered for a certain customer of which one or more have status Closed.
Enter search criteria.
Scrolling to the next record with "arrow down" leads to a FRM-40471 error message.
Service Requests/Service Request Statuses
Uncheck Disallow Charge Update" and "Disallow Charge" for status Closed.
Try again to reproduce. The error does not show.
