This problem can occur on any platform.
You configured your own timecard layout. Successfully uploaded the new layout using FNDLOAD and have updated the 'Self Service Timecard, Review and Confirmation Layout Pages' preference to use the new configured layout.
But you still do not see the new layout in self service.
