Goal

On Release 11.5.10:
User changed the FOB Method from Receipt to Shipment
even after he got the warning message 'There are pending intransit
transactions for this shipping network. Changing the FOB point before these
transactions are received into inventory will create accounting discrepencies.
Are you sure you want to change the FOB point?'

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Inventory > Setup > Organiztion > Shipping Networks
2. Query for existing Org.
3. Change the FOB point from Receipt to Shipment.
4. Warning displayed
'There are pending intransit transactions for this shipping network. Changing
the FOB point before these transations are received into inventory will
create accounting discrepencies. Are you sure you want to change the FOB
point'
