This started after upgrading the JDK to 1.4.2_15 and applying the changes mentioned in Metalink
<<Note 811563.1>>

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Upgrade the JDK on an OTM 5.5.03.0x instance to 1.4.2_15 and follow the instructions provided in Metalink <<Note 811563.1>>

After the changes have been made restart the instance and try and edit Order Base, Order Release or Shipment. If a HTTP 404 error is generated check the URL in your browser address line for an extra / after GC3.

-- Business Impact:
Users are unable to edit business objects without bouncing the instance or manually modifying the URL and removing the extra / that is in the URL.
