When attempting to perform the Sync, the following error occurs:

A server error has occurred. Sync operation will be aborted. Please retry...

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open MS Outlook and perform Synchronization
2. Error appears

-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform the Sync Operation successfully between Outlook and Oracle
Sales.
