Approver Was Unable To Access Open Document From Workflow Mailer Notification (Doc ID 839483.1)

Symptoms

On 12.0.4, when attempting to use the 'Open Document' functionality from the workflow mailer notification and re-logging into E-business suite, the following error occurs:

Error

"You are not authorized to access the function Requisitions. Please contact your System
Administrator."



Steps To Reproduce:

1. User receives a workflow mailer to approve a requisition.
2. After the user clicks on the 'Open Document' hyperlink, it displays the log in page.
3. After logging into the E-business suite, the exception message is displayed.
