Create Discrete Job Error ORA-0001: unique constraint (WIP.WIP_OP_RES_USAGE_U1) (Doc ID 839583.1)

Symptoms

On 12.0.4 in Production:
When attempting to create and save a job with large Job quantity (ex. 5000 or more), the following
error occurs:

ERROR
ORA-0001: unique constraint (WIP.WIP_OP_RES_USAGE_U1) violated in Package wip_infinite_scheduler_pvt Procedure
writeJobSchedule


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
NAV: WIP / Discrete / Discrete Jobs
1) Create job number
2) Insert the item
3) Enter the Job quantity (big qty. for example: 5000 or more (five thousand) )
4) Try to save the job
5) The error appears
