Symptoms
GLXBDDEF: Budgets>Define> Budget> when attempting to autocopy a budget, it hangs, the status is 'Running copy' and the logfile shows an error :
GLBCRE module: AutoCopy Budget
ERROR
BCRE0001: invalid status for destination budget. Cannot autocopy budget
