Symptoms
Cannot create organization items.
Get error message APP-INV-05479: Please commit or clear your changes first
Happens after applied Brazilian localization patches.
Works fine in environments where Brazilian localization is not applied.
Steps:
1. Go to Item master, query up item and try to assign to organization.
