Not Able To Enable The View Diagnostics Button in Bulk Plan Results Screen. (Doc ID 840783.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On 6.0 once Diagnostics have been configured no 'View Diagnostics' button was displayed in the results window for Bulk Plan.

Expect a 'View Diagnostics' screen to be displayed.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1 - Add the following to the file: glog.otmdiag.log=true

2 - Click on the 'i' button at the top of the header.

3 - Click on the 'Change' for Tracking Diagnostic.

4 - Set Mode = ALL

5 - Set Severity = ALL

6 - Set Diagnostic = ON

7 - Click Update.

8 - Create an Order Release.

9 - Bulk Plan the Order (Operational Planning > Create Buy Shipment > Bulk Plan - Buy)

When the Bulk Plan finishes there is no 'View Diagnostics' button on the results page.
