WIP Plan Qty Of Ingredient If Changed Is Reverting To Earlier Value

Symptoms
When releasing a step after changing the WIP Planned Qty of an Auto by Step ingredient associated with the step, the WIP Planned Qty is changed back to the original planned qty and the actual qty consumed is also set to the planned qty instead of the edited WIP planned qty.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a batch
2. Change status to WIP
3. Change the WIP Planned Quantity against a particular ingredient. SAVE. See that the value is changed.
4. Create reservation for the new WIP Planned Qty.
5. Go to Steps form. Release the step with which the material is associated to.
6. Come back to material details form.
Note that the WIP Planned Quantity value has reverted back to the original Planned Qty, and also the Actual Qty is equal to the Planned Qty instead of the WIP Planned Qty.
