How to Setup a New Subledger Accounting Method (Doc ID 841593.1)

Subledger Accounting Method 'Encumbrance Accrual', which is needed when you  use Accrual Basis with Encumbrances in Accounts Payable (AP), defaults as Application Accounting Definition.  For Accounts Receivable (AR) 'Multi-Fund Account Receivables Accrual - Balancing Method', which creates multiple receivable (REC) lines, and is rarely needed. Most commonly customers need an Application Accounting Definition 'Encumbrance Accrual' for AP, and 'Receivables Default Accrual' for AR.
