MWA/MSCA GUI Screen Is To Long, The Bottom Information Bar Is Not Viewable

This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production, using MSCA GUI on a Motorola MC9090 with Windows Mobile 5.0. All forms displayed on the device cutoff the bottom information bar. With a stylus we can pull the screen up slightly to see the top of text being displayed on the information bar.
We need to re-size the GUI form so that the information bar can be viewed. There is key information on the bar that is a must have when processing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Login to MSCA gui on a Motorola MC9090 using the Windows Mobile 5.0 OS.
If we use CrEme ntb, the whole screen is displayed the function keys work, but we loose cursor focus.
They have applied <Patch: 4413055>
Have gone through <Note: 294670.1> Oracle Mobile Applications (MSCA/WMS) Graphical User Interface)
Tried changing the sizing parameter in the config files ($MWA_TOP/secure/gui_key.ini mwa.gui.height and mwa.gui.width) but it will change the screen size only for Desktop(telnet logins) but not for the mobile device screen.
