Amounts Are Showing Missing Commas In Telesales. 1,000.00 Appears Incorrectly As 1000.00 (Doc ID 842867.1)

Symptoms

Amounts are showing incorrectly in the Leads and Opportunity Tabs in Telesales.  When the ICX: Numeric Characters profile option is set to 10,000.00 the amounts are shown missing the comma.  For example: 1000.000 instead of 1,000.00. 

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Set ICX: Numeric Characters Profile Option
    • (R) System Administrator
    • (N) Profile > System
    • Query profile option ICX: Numeric Characters
    • Set profile to 10,000.00
  2. View Number Format in Telesales
    • (R) Telesales Agent
    • (N) eBusiness Center
    • Query Customer
    • Click Lead or Opportunity Tabs
    • The Budget Amount and Line Amounts are showing as 1000.00.  It is expected that the amounts will appear as 1,000.00
