Symptoms
When attempting to reverse terminate three specific employees, the following error occurs:
"APP-PAY-06153: System Error: Procedure
per_person_type_usage_internal.cancel_person_type_usage at Step 13
Cause: The procedure
per_person_type_usage_internal.cancel_person_type_usage has created an error at Step 13
Action: Contact your system administrator quoting the procedure
per_person_type_usage_internal.cancel_person_type_usage and Step 13."
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Enter a person details change and save as an update on an EX-employee record.
3. Using template, rehire ex-employee on the same effective date. Rehire action does not trigger error, completes the rehire but then changes person type to 'Employee' during the time the EE was an Ex-employee. Person type is removed from Term record.
4. Cancel 'rehire'
5. Reverse original term to try to correct. Error message APP-PAY-06153
per_person_type_usage_internal.cancel_person_type_usage at Step 13 generates.
