Symptoms

Legal messages which exceed 30 characters result in an ORA-01403: no data found error message when
clicking on the tax lines in the transaction form. As a result no tax is calculated.

 Steps to Reproduce
Associate a legal message to the Latin Tax Exceptions by Fiscal Classification which is greater
than 30 characters. Create a transaction and click on the tax lines tab..notice the ora-01403
error message.
