Can'T See The Supporting Reference Details For A Created Subledger Journal Entry (Doc ID 843578.1)

Symptoms

Unable to retrieve the supporting reference defined.

Have defined a a supporting reference named "invoice number".
Then created a subledger journal entry and apply a supporting reference
but after this the Supporting Reference Details not showed and the following message appears:

There are no supporting reference assignments

.
