Auto Assign Fails To Assign Data Upon Object Modify (Doc ID 843708.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On OTM 6.0 Auto Assign is not working for Priority.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect Auto Assign to work correctly and update the value in the Priority field.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1 - Log on to OTM 6.0

2 - Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Auto Assignment Rule.

3 - Create an Auto Assignment with the following:
Rule ID: As needed
Auto Assign Type ID: ORDER_RELEASE_PRIORITY
Set to Active.
Pre Qual Criteria ID: Priority
Event: ORDER - MODIFIED / USER,ORDER - LOCATION MODIFIED

Criteria tab: ORDER_DESTINATION

Definition tab: Assign 999 when Destination Location = Enter as needed

4 - Created Order Release with the following:
ID: Enter as needed.
From: Enter as needed.
To: Enter as needed but not the location used in the rule.
Priority: 1

5 - Save the Order Release.

6 - Return to the Order Release and change the Destination to the destination the rule is looking for.

7 - The expectation is on returning to the Order Release the Priority will be updated.

8 - The Priority remains at 1.
