Repair Order Form: Serial Number Can Not Be Selected For 'Loaner RMA' (Doc ID 844093.1)

The List of Values (LOV) for the serial number and  instance number for Return lines does not show internally owned items. This prevents the customers from auto-receiving the Loaner which was shipped out previously.

Steps To Reproduce:
Prerequisite:  receive in another operating unit (OU) than the OU that created the repair service.
Request (OU ABC logs the call, but OU XYZ receives the item) so profile option 'RCV: Allow routing override' needs to be set to 'Yes'.

1). Create a Repair Order of type 'Repair and Return, with Loaner'.
2). Ship Loaner to customer. Verify the logistic lines status that the item has been shipped.
3). Book Loaner RMA line. Try to enter the serial number. LOV is empty or only shows items that in inventory.
