Symptoms

When receiving a Blanket PO release and when saving the receipt transaction the following error occurs:

rvtptcontrol failed
RVTTH-080: Subroutine rvtthins() returned error
Cause: Subroutine rvtthins() returned an internal error
Action: Note this error number and the action you
are trying to perform
RVTTH-190: ORA-20999: No requisition data found for receipt
ORA-06512: at "ENTER
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in RVTTH. The SQL
error is &LSQL_ERR
