Symptoms
After upgrading to 12.0.6:
When navigating from the header to the lines tab, it takes 1+ minutes.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that it should take 1-2 seconds to get to the lines tab.

1. Order Management
2. Sales order form - at header
3. Click on the Line Item tab
