Receive 'Not Eligible For PTO' In Self Service Timecard When Click On 'Show Accrual Balances' (Doc ID 846892.1)

Symptoms

When click on 'Show Accrual Balances' in the self service timecard, you receive the following error:

  'Not Eligible for PTO'


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Self Service Time
2. Click on Create Timecard
3. Click on Show Accrual Balances

Changes

This new PTO element was recently assigned to the employee.
