Goal

Below are listed many of commonly used CS (TeleService) tables and their usage. There are many other tables also in CRM TeleService Charges but below are listed many of the main transactional tables and a few core lookup tables.  Use as a reference only for reporting as it is not recommended to do any direct data manipulation on these tables.
