Symptoms

Submit the Create Electronic Payment Instructions, or have the Payment Process Request Submit the Create Payment Instructions Automatically.

Ended with the following Error:

Format output not exist. Saving it.

Instruction status was CREATED and the transmission configuration is not avaible. So setting result status to FORMATTED_ELECTRONIC
