This problem can occur on any platform.
Users are unable to utilize the requisition change order functionality as the requester when the associated PO is of a Complex Purchase Order Document Style.
After creating and approving a requisition and assigning the requisition to a complex PO, then approving the PO, the requester cannot submit a change request through the requisition.
They receive a message that there are no lines eligible for change
No lines eligible for change
