Symptoms
When contracts that were created from Order Management are terminated, Service Contract Main Billing does not pick them up for processing. Therefore, Credit Memos do not get generated.
Expect the Service Contracts Main Billing program to pick up the contracts for processing and for Credit Memos to be generated for a terminated contract.
