Release Information Functionality Not Showing The Employee In New Manager's Hierarchy (Doc ID 848542.1)

Goal

When an employee assigned to New Manager through Release Information, New Manager should be able
to see the Employee in his hierarchy list accessing Manager self Service >Manager Actions .

Why is the employee is not displayed in the hierarchy list of new Manager ?
