Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0.3, it takes a long time to query assets in the EAM Maintenance Workbench form, EAMPLNWB.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect Maintenance Workbench form to return Asset data in a reasonable amount of time.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enterprise Asset Management responsibility
2. Navigate to: Work Order Planning > Maintenance Workbench
3. Enter Asset Number and hit query
