RVCTP Errors With Signal 11 (Doc ID 849334.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10, when attempting to perform some receiving transactions in Immediate mode the following error occurs in Receiving Transaction Processor 

/apps/prod/prodappl/po/11.5.0/bin/RVCTP
Program was terminated by signal 11


In RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table the records are stuck with
          Transaction_Type: RETURN TO VENDOR
          Processing_Status_Code: RUNNING
          Processing_Mode_Code: IMMEDIATE
          Transaction_Status_Code: PENDING

The issue only occurs with RCV: Profile Option set to "Immediate", Online mode works successfully

After setting following debug instructions of <Note 299497.1>, fnd_log_messages show last actions are

" RVTPA:000 trx_type RETURN TO VENDOR action CLOSE PO FOR RECEIVING
"


The RVCTP trace shows one of the last instructions is

SELECT sysdate
INTO :action_date
FROM SYS.DUAL;


Steps To Reproduce:

  1. 'RCV: Processing Mode' profile option set to Immediate
  2. PO Super User > Receiving > Returns
  3. Return to Supplier and save
