Symptoms
On 12.0.6 in Production:
When sending an offer to an applicant for a position where one person already occupies the position, the following error occurs:
ERROR
"You cannot add another assignment to this position. The Position Type is a single incumbent and
an assignment already exists for it."
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Naviagate to iRecruitment Recruiter Responsibility > iRecruitment Home > Search for
Vacancy > enter vacancy number
2. Select applicant > click on the create offer button
3. Error occurs
