On 184.108.40.206 in Production:
Order line status of the 2 orders remain in 'Booked', It does not changed to 'Closed'.
Using the workflow "Bill only with inventory interface" and all the processes are run using scheduled concurrent request.
Workflow shows 'Booking' activity failed with following error.
ORA-01654: unable to extend index APPLSYS.WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES_N1 by 16 in tablespace
APPS_TS_TX_IDX ORA-01654: unable to extend index APPLSYS.WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES_N1 by 16 in
tablespace APPS_TS_TX_IDX [Error Process Error: ORA-01654: unable to extend index
APPLSYS.WF_ITEM_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES_PK by 16 in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_IDX]

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Enter the Sales Order
2.Book the Sales Order
3.Run the “Workflow Background Process”
4.Launch and run the “Material Transaction“ Interface Manager
