Customer Preferred Credit Card Not Defaulted In iStore Checkout Page (Doc ID 849901.1)

On 12.0.6 the incorrect credit card number is defaulted in checkout pages when using MasterCard.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Creat Cart1 > Checkout > Created Visa card for the cart > Place order Or save cart from Review Order page.
Creat Cart2 > Created another Credit Card -Master card > Go to Order Review page > place order
or save cart.
Now go to profiles page. See VISA as Primary CC.
Change Master card as primary.

Create Cart3.
Checkout > See that the Visa card is still defaulted and not Master Card which is primary.

This happens for both B2C and B2B user.

So if the MasterCard is the primary card for the user, it will never be defaulted in the checkout pages.

This happens only for MasterCard.
