Repetitive Schedule Has Error Code "CST_INVALID_JOB_DATE" in MMT

When performing backdated transactions for Repetitive Schedules,  the transaction errors with code as "CST_INVALID_JOB_DATE" and Error Explanation as "The transaction date precedes the release date of the job or schedule" in the mtl_material_transactions (MMT) table.
1. Create three repetitive schedule for same line and assembly:
release-date                                 total-quantity
12-MAY-2009 13:26:42              10
12-MAY-2009 13:30:14              11
12-MAY-2009 13:31:57              20

2. Do a move transaction for above line and assembly:
transaction-date                    to-move-quantity
12-MAY-2009 13:32:46       30
do a completion transaction for above line and assembly:
transaction-date quantity
12-MAY-2009 13:29:27 30

3. View the material transaction and find the completion transaction has a error: CST_INVALID_JOB_DATE.
