Symptoms

Oracle iStore 'Search Insert Program' process intermittently fails with  the following error:

FDPSTP failed due to ORA-29855: error occurred in the execution of ODCIINDEXCREATE routine 
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: 
DRG-10502: index IBE_CT_IMEDIA_SEARCH_IM does not exist
