-- Problem Statement:
When SmartLinks are reordered on a Screenset, they are still listed in the original order when being used.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Reposition the SmartLink on a Screenset
2. Use this Screenset to view the SmartLinks
3. Observe that the order is the original order.
