Unable To Enter Price Breaks On A Price List Due To Message 'Please enter valid Pricing Context' (Doc ID 851056.1)

Symptoms


On 12.0.6 Enter the PBH line and save. Find that when one then hits the Price Breaks button and enter a line
upon saving the following error occurs:

Note: Please enter valid Pricing Attribute



-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Price List > Price List Setup
3. For Price List= XYZ TEST
Enter a line for a range price break
List type: price break
price break type: range
application method: unit price
under price breaks
pricing context: volume
pricing attribute: Item quantity
value from: 0
value to: 200
price: 4.75
application method: unit price
4. Save.
