Symptoms

While running PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Range of Projects, there were foreign currency
events that are failing with the following errors below:

PA_CURR_NOT_VALID_BTC_PF
PA_NO_EXCH_RATE_EXISTS_BTC_PF

Verified that there are exchange rates defined for most of the currencies on a daily basis
