Some Parties Not Visible In Lov When Creating Repair Order In Depot Repair (Doc ID 852120.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On Repair Orders form, some customers are not visible in the Customer LOV. But those customers are visible on Create Service Requests form.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Depot Repair Super User
2. (N) Depot Repair --> Repair Orders and create a new repair order
3. Select LOV for customers.
