Service Contract Not Retrieved Automatically When Creating New SR For Customer (Doc ID 852122.1)

When entering Serial Number in the Service Request form – the service Contracts are being retrieved automatically.

However, when creating a Service Request for a Customer (or Item) – the Contracts are not being populated unless the 'Get Contracts' button is used.
In that case, the same Contract(s) are retrieved as when the Serial Number is entered on the SR.

Why is this behavior different?
