The following Install Base transaction error exists and cannot be resubmitted or resolved by the Error Correction program:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Oracle Installed Base Admin Responsibility
2. (N) Transaction error Reprocessing
3. Query on the material transaction id
4. Select Process flag and choose Tools / Resubmit Interface Process.
