When attempting to create an LOA the following error occurs.
Please contact your System Administrator.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to responsibility "Employee Self-Service(1)"
2. Click on menu item "Absence Management"
3. Click on button "Create Absence"
4. Enter Absence Type, StartDate and click next
