Not Able To Add Order Release Event In 400 Records In One Go (Doc ID 853270.1)

On 5.5.04, When attempting to add an Order Release Event to nearly 400 records and clicking on the
Save in the Add Order Release Event screen, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a few order releases and then click on Actions - Events - Add Order Release Event
2. Enter the event details and click Save
3. the Error, Action not specified or is Unknown is shown
