This problem can occur on any platform.
A Driver has been configured with an Activity Calendar that defines the Drivers' Work Period. A shipment is created from an Order Release. This Order Release has pickup/delivery dates that do not accommodate the defined Driver's Activity Calendar.
When the action "Fleet and Asset Management->Assign Driver" is used, this driver is still successfully assigned to the shipment.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a Driver with Activity Calendar
2. Create an Order Release with pickup/delivery windows that are not within above Calendar
3. Create a Shipment for this Order Release
4. Shipment Actions -> Fleet and Asset Management -> Assign Driver -> Manual
5. Select above Driver
