In an advance Exchange scenario:
- Item A is already at Customer location.
- Item B is shipped out as part of an 'Advance Exchange' process.

How can the same Serial for Item B (same as Item A) be maintained in this scenario?

The business might not receive the (faulty) Item A back into the Inventory.
