This problem can occur on any platform.
The iPayment Scheduler is failing and not processing the whole batch when one of the orders in the batch has more than 998 line items. The error seen in the Batchclose log is as follows.
exception occured for (payee id=ABCPayee,batch id=430) : ABC CORPORATION:007684:014348:ABC120:014348:ABC120 IBY_22813
A complete batch has been rejected by Paymentech. According to Paymentech, the PTK code cannot handle these transactions due to high number of lines.
Current Transaction status is 111 and batchstatus is 11.
