Symptoms
When attempting to start "Workflow Notification Mailer", It uses SYSADMIN by default in order to send framework region data and grant access to be able to view any notification from the worklist.
However, if required , one can configure to use a different application user (for example WFSTARTUP) instead of SYSADMIN which is discussed in this document.
