Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
When attempting to synchronize the E-mails between Outlook with Microsoft Exchange and Oracle, the following error occurs:

ERROR
Mail message does not have a Reply-To set. Interaction has not been recorded.

What IS working
Users are able to synchronize the e-mail when they use a "pop" server e-mail account. When they use Microsoft Exchange with Outlook 2007, they get the above error message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute sync process between Outlook with Microsoft Exchange and Oracle.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot synchronize emails.
