How to Fix Customer Merge Failing with 'CRM_MERGE.CUSTOMER_PRODUCTS_MERGE ' (Doc ID 856363.1)

Goal

This note is to help users find bad data in Oracle Installed Base that prevents the customer merge program in Oracle Receivables from running successfully.

The common error messages are

MSG-00001: CRM_MERGE.CUSTOMER_PRODUCTS_MERGE : 022-The Party account (&cust_acct_id) doesn't belong to (&party_id) as mandated by TCA. Please check TCA tables

MSG-00001: CRM_MERGE.CUSTOMER_PRODUCTS_MERGE: 022-Bill To Address Id, (&user_site_id) is invalid or is not defined in the TCA Tables.: User-Defined Exception

MSG-00001: CRM_MERGE.CUSTOMER_PRODUCTS_MERGE: 022-Ship To Address Id, (&user_site_id) is invalid or is not defined in the TCA Tables.: User-Defined Exception
