EBS LCM : Receiving Transaction Stuck With LC_PENDING Status (Doc ID 856372.1)

Symptoms

Landed Cost Integration Manager does not pick the receiving transactions lying in Receiving Interface in the organization which is enabled for Landed Cost Management (LCM) as a service (Blackbox scenario). Hence the receiving transactions get stuck in Receiving Interface with processing_status_code as LC_PENDING and processing_mode_code as BATCH.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a purchase order set to Inventory destination with ship to organization set as LCM enabled and approve it.
2. Query the PO in Receipts form and save the receipts in immediate or online mode
3. Record gets inserted in Receiving interface in batch mode which is the intended functionality as LCM is enabled as a service.
4. Submit the program "Landed Cost Integration manager" and the program completes normally.

Still the record lies in Receiving interface with processing_status_code as LC_PENDING

FND log messages for Landed Cost Integration Manager shows the following error:

INL_INTEGRATION_GRP Import_FromRCV Get Legal Entity and Taxation Country
INL_INTEGRATION_GRP Import_FromRCV ORA-01403: no data found
INL_INTEGRATION_GRP Import_FromRCV Error: : 100 ORA-01403: no data found
INL_INTEGRATION_GRP Import_FromRCV erroredHeaderId: -9999
INL_INTEGRATION_GRP Import_FromRCV "ORA-01086: savepoint 'HEADERS' never established
